Organizations using TejasOne are responsible for:

- Ensuring data entered into the platform is accurate and lawful
- Obtaining necessary consent from employees, customers, or third parties where required
- Using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining internal policies regarding system usage and data handling
5. User Conduct
When using TejasOne, users must not:

- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Access or collect data without permission
- Use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of TejasOne without written permission.
11. Third-Party Services

Users and organizations are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of such outputs before making business decisions based on them.
TejasOne is not liable for decisions made using inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly entered data.

Users agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to unauthorized persons. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their employees, contractors, and users comply with internal confidentiality obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TejasOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial loss arising from use of the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- System downtime
- Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
- Errors in data entered by users
- Decisions made based on system reports
TejasOne's liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service during the relevant period or as otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Disclaimer
TejasOne is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we aim to provide a secure and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will meet every specific requirement, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
No information generated by the platform should be considered professional, financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice unless expressly stated.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TejasOne if:
- A user violates these Terms
- There is suspected unauthorized or unlawful use
- Required payments are not made
- Continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk
- The service agreement with the customer organization ends
Upon termination, access to the platform may be disabled, and data may be retained or deleted according to applicable agreements, laws, and our data retention policies.

Continued use of TejasOne after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.
